Those problems require attorneys in the firm to be conversant in virtually every legal subspecialty, including federal and state securities law, the law of sales and commercial transactions, bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law, employment law, and intellectual property law such as trademarks and copyrights.
Our clients enter into numerous transactions and the attorneys in the firm negotiate and draft the contracts and other documents embodying those agreements, including purchase and sale of businesses, shareholder agreements, shareholder and partnership dissolutions or buyout agreements, commercial lending and equipment financing agreements, employment agreements, partnership and joint venture agreements, license agreements and franchise agreements, as well as real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing, and leasing of commercial and residential real property.
The litigation division of the firm has extensive experience with a broad variety of matters, including the whole range of corporate, commercial and secured transactions litigation, and securities arbitrations, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate acquisition and management, foreclosures, and intellectual property disputes.
